I'm a passionate IT professional with over 8 years of experience in technical support and management. Starting as an IT apprentice in 2017, I've grown to become a Technical Manager at TechWyse, where I oversee internal technical assets, change management processes, and lead the automation team.

My role involves developing minimum standards and procedures for technical solutions, preparing budgets for internal projects, and ensuring our Modern Workplace Microsoft Partner Status is maintained. I believe in the power of technology to solve real-world problems and enjoy the continuous learning journey that comes with working in IT.
